Stellar Energy Advisors (“Stellar”) is pleased to announce the signature of an agreement between Ivory Coast Exploration Oil & Gas SAS (“ICE”) and VAALCO Energy Cote d’Ivoire (2), Inc. (“Vaalco”) with respect to the farm-out of a 70% interest in Block CI-705. The transaction is the first exploration farm-out in Côte d’Ivoire in nearly five years and will provide ICE with a carry through the exploration work programme, including a carry on up to two wells. Stellar was the sole advisor to ICE for the farm-out process (ICE Farm-Out Announcement).
